Service run by LGBT+ people for LGBT+ people. Specialise in supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence, hate crime, and other forms of abuse including honour-based abuse, forced marriage, and so-called conversion therapies. Three national support helplines:

The Mix

Get Support – The Mix

The Mix provide support to anyone under 25 on a wide range of issues.

Crisis Messenger: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Text THEMIX to 85258 where they will aim to connect every texter to a trained volunteer in less than five minutes to provide help.



Provides support to anyone under 35 who is struggling with suicidal feelings or concerned about a young person who might be struggling.
